Soporte Server provides server administration, 24/7 technical support, DevOps and cybersecurity solutions.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

• Use the services for illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with the operation of the infrastructure
• Transmit malware or malicious code

Limitation of Liability

Soporte Server shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Service Level Agreements

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. Specific SLA details will be provided in your service contract.

Termination

Either party may terminate the services with prior notice as specified in the contract. After termination, your access to the services will be revoked.

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email or posted on our website.
